Tofu topping

- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp onion powder

Pizza sauce
- 200 ml tomato sauce
- 50 g sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 3 garlic cloves
Instructions:
- Mix the water & yeast until it’s dissolved, mix in sugar, oil, hemp seeds & salt until it’s well combined.
- Slowly mix in the flour, when it gets hard to stir with a spoon, begin to knead the dough. Knead for around 10 min.
- Grease bowl with oil and cover with a tablecloth, let it rest for 2 hours or more
- When your dough has rested, begin to prep your toppings, preheat the oven on 200 ºC. –
- Blend all of the ingredients for the pizza sauce in a blender until smooth
- Grate the tofu and mix it with herbs, spices and sauces listed
- With a small amount of water, mix it with the vegan cheese, I’ve heard it makes it melt better… dunno if it’s true, but I do it anyway haha
- Wash and cut your veggies as you prefer them on the pizza
- Assemble the pizza with all the ingredients. Tuck it in the oven until you think it’s finished 🙂
- Top it of with whatever you prefer 🙂
