Recipe, 1 jar of hummus
SUND-DRIED TOMATO HUMMUS
- 7 sun-dried tomatoes in oil(store bought in glass jar)
- 2 tbsp of the oil from the jar with the sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 big handfuls of chickpeas
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 spsk olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Put all the ingredients in a hand blender and mix
- When the ingredients have turned into a nice creamy hummus, put it in a glass jar and store it in the fridge.
- I had it in the fridge for 2 weeks.
